Our lofts have been used as a stage for several movies, TV commercials, product presentations, musical video clips and commercial spots.

Their large spaces and unique design offer an original and very practical setting, where social media professionals have also used them for live events, recording content.

The beaches of Valencia city are 15 minutes away from our lofts. With wide sandy beaches, they have all kinds of facilities. You have all the services you can imagine for your comfort along three and a half kilometres.

The great business convention centre in Valencia is the Palacio de Congresos, which is located on Avenida de Cortes Valencianas, 2 minutes’ walk from our lofts. It was designed by the British architect Norman Foster and opened in the late 90s.

The Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències is an obligatory visit if you come to Valencia. Designed by the Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava, it has different buildings that have become icons of the city. It is a scientific and cultural leisure complex to enjoy with family or friends.

In the district of Ciutat Vella is located this emblematic neighbourhood. For practical purposes it is the real historic centre of Valencia. Although it was once delimited by the Muslim wall, today the Serranos Towers and the Quart Towers are the most emblematic medieval remains of the city.

If you are a passionate food lover, enjoy fresh produce, its colour, its flavour, and value the richness, variety and quality in the kitchen, the Central Market of Valencia is a paradise that you cannot miss. It is a gigantic pantry of modernist architecture, which contains all the fresh produce from the garden and all the flavour and smell of the Mediterranean inside.

It is one of the largest urban natural parks in Spain, a green space of more than nine kilometres that crosses the city with recreational and sports areas and romantic corners to get lost. From the Parque de Cabecera to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, the Turia Garden is an ideal route for runners, cyclists, families and nature lovers.
